I have never been to Stompwijk at Christmas time but someday I would love to, no matter how cold. I think I would be great to experience the place where my mother Wilhelmina Luiten- Waasdorp and my dear uncles (Aad, Leen, Henk and Jack) spent their Christmas’s as children. All of the traditions we have as a family at Christmas come directly from my mothers family and the way they celebrated Christmas as children in the storybook town of Stompwijk. These traditions are also something that our grandparents gave to us as well.

This year I wanted to wish you, and everyone in Stompwijk, a very special Merry Christmas from your cousins in California.
